Why We Introduced A 3-Day Camping Option For Beyt Dwarka?

Updated: Jun 22, 2022

Time! Yes, time is the main factor in this decision. But let me tell you the story in detail.

We started Beyt Dwarka Beach Camping in the year 2016. In those times, Dunny Point was still open and accessible for all visitors. It was a 3-day schedule then.

Later on, the dunny point got closed permanently by the Forest Department and we got a lot of spare time for the 3-day schedule. It was a lot many free hours because the trek to Dunny Point was no more! So we shortened the schedule for the Beyt Dwarka Beach Camping and it became for 2 days, which we are still running.

From last year onwards, SCUBA has been initiated in the region and Dolphin Exploration is also there. Now Dolphin is almost a full day activity, going into the sea in search of the Dolphins and then coming back to the jetty, it takes a lot of time. Additionally, Dolphin Safari also depends on the tide schedule, so you can not fix the same time for every departure.

Where, SCUBA is a kind of activity, where only 2 people dive at a time and the rest of the people have to wait for their turn. And hence it also demands a whole day, if more than 40 people are diving!

So, a 2-day schedule is fine if the participant is willing to do any of the 2 activities. I mean either SCUBA or Dolphin. But if he or she is willing to do both, then 2 days are totally spared for these 2 activities and the participants do not get enough time for experiencing the Beach Camping as well Dwarka visit!

So we have introduced the older schedule again, for those who are willing to enjoy SCUBA Diving, Dolphin Safari, and Beach Camping altogether.

The regular 2-day option is also available if the participant is willing to do either Scuba or Dolphin!

For us, experience-based learning is the most important thing at Invincible and we hope, the community will also accept this new change!
